1 | teaspoon | dried oregano | |
1 | teaspoon | dried thyme | |
1 | teaspoon | dried parsley flakes | |
2 | cloves | garlic, minced | |
4 | rib eye steaks OR strip steaks | ||
Mix all ingredients, except beef, in small bowl. Rub and press mixture into steaks. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or longer.
Grill beef, uncovered, for 6 to 10 minutes until desired doneness is reached, turning once.
